WHAT WE DO

Children thrive when they are happy and healthy! If a child’s most pressing needs go unmet, it can be difficult for them to focus on anything beyond that. That's why we want to create a children’s center with our partners that is centered on multi-faceted aid that focuses on each child as a whole.

  • Creating the Center

    Our initial focus is on creating a children’s center for at-risk boys and girls. We’d like to create an environment that is inspiring and supportive to each child we reach.

  • Partnering and Growing

    We partner with other non-profits and experts in education, healthcare, social work, and clergy to provide a holistic level of support. We will bring mentors and speakers to engage with students and inspire them.

  • Expanding Our Impact

    Once we’ve built what we feel is a sustainable and scalable model, we’d like to expand and build additional centers in other parts of the world to try and help as many children as possible.

At Sueñitos, we feel it’s important to serve the children who attend our center by providing services and access to resources which will assist them in all areas of their lives. We believe this type of wrap-around support can be achieved by partnering with existing organizations and other specialists who can provide top-notch service in their respective fields. Ultimately, we think that by addressing a child’s needs holistically, we set each child up for the possibility of lasting future success and a chance at achieving their dreams.

  • Special Workshops and Classes

    We hope that exposing children to technology, art, and innovation related educational workshops will spark a passion amongst them that will carry them forward in the future.

  • Meals, Snacks, and Nutritional Support

    We plan to provide nutritionally rich snacks and meals at our center to ensure each child’s nutritional needs are met. After all, healthy food nourishes both the body and the mind!

  • Life Coaching and Mentoring

    We want to connect children to positive role models such as with mentors or life coaches who can help guide them and open their eyes and minds to better paths than a life on the street.

  • Recreational Activities

    It wouldn’t be a center for children without some time set aside for playtime and fun. Our goal is to provide a variety of recreational and sports activities to keep the children engaged, healthy, and having fun.

  • After School Tutoring

    Education is so important in building a foundation for the future, so we plan to partner with educators who can assist outside of school and provide academic reinforcement.

  • Wellness Screening and Mental Health Support

    Physical and Mental Health Support

    Health and wellness basics are essential for a child to succeed in life, and we will partner with health professionals and social workers to provide our kids with the resources they need.
